Hello. This is a technical support of Sollae Systems. I'sm sorry for my late reply, the last week was our national holiday. I checked the ezManager 3.3A version, but we can’t find the problems. I think that the ezManager couldn'st read the environmental parameters. The [Wireless LAN] tab shows when you read the product'ss environmental variables with ezManager. Try it as follows: 1. Supply power 2. Change the mode to [Serial Configuration Mode] 3. Reading environmental parameters. Run ezManager and open the COM port, And then, press [Read] button.
