This is technical support team of Sollae Systems. What are your settings for WLAN Topology and SSID? Did you follow all steps and settings in the user manual? If you did, the CSW-H85K was in Infrastructure and trying to connect to an access point named "sollae". It means that you have an access point named "sollae". When CSW-H85K is in Serial Configuration mode, Soft AP is automatically activated for changing its settings. This Soft AP is not for communication. When CSW-H85K is in Normal mode, it uses Basic Settings and Security Settings on ezManager. If you choose Soft AP or Ad-hoc, you can find the SSID on Wi-Fi connection list of your PC or mobile devices. If you choose Infrastructure, you need an access point named the SSID. > BRUNET Daniel wrote: > ------------------------------------ > Hello > I bought 6 CSW-H85K and 6 CSE-H53N for my students. > I tried the simple test described in the documentation with CSE-H53N and everything worked well. > I try with a simple CSW-85K and I have a problem. > On serial configuration and serial ezManager and everything is ok "has-been reading environment sucessufully completed". Only the test mode allows to detect a wireless network? > Thank you for your response.
