Dear Jean-Marc, The ISP button on CIE-H14 is not for factory reset. The button just changes the operation mode to sreial configuration mode or ISP mode. CIE-H14 only supports the factory reset via ezManager regardless of pressing the ISP button. In case of unknown network, There is only one way to is to connect the device by the serial port.
