In your manual, it says "Run IP Manager" to add an IP address in the PC like 10.1.0.2 to carry out a pinging test. But, I could not find any SW called IP Manager in your web and the CD. And I cannot test further. The model is CSE - H25. 0030F90B97F8 A friend of mine bought it from Korea and sent it to me.
