Since you can perform loopback test successfully, it seems that there is no problem with the CSE-M73 device. Please make sure there is no problem with physical cable and serial parameters. Besides the serial communication, the data transmission issue may be in TCP/IP connection (IP conflict, firewall, etc.). From firmware 2014-12-29[1.7A] we change new CPU version, therefore downgrading firmware makes devices not work. We recommend that users keep using the latest firmware for the best performance.
