Dear Johan, Thank you for your information. Based on your information, it is possible that the problem lies in serial connection. If you have any RS-232 to USB cable, you can also try to directly connect your PLC to a PC, to check if it is micro USB to RS-232 cable problem or not. Any standard cable without defect should work well with CSE-H21. Note that there are two COM ports on CSE-H21, so you should also make sure that ezVSP and your PLC connect to the same serial port of CSE-H21 (COM1/COM2), otherwise, it won'st work. For example, if you use serial port COM1 of CSE-H21, according to your setting parameters, the virtual COM port on ezVSP should be configured as: + TCP Client + Host IP: 192.168.1.50 + Host Port: 1470 Please feel free to contact us if the problem still persists. Thank you very much. The PLC was then coupled using the official progamming cable (RS422)
