Hello! This is Sollae Systems. Although you don'st complete downloading the firmware, you can flash it again. If ISP- pin is low, it means ISP operation mode, the [STS LED] have to blink rapidly. Otherwise, I'sm afraid your EZL-50L has some hardware problem. I'sm afraid EZL-50L doesn'st support to flash via serial. Here is supported products list.
