Hi. The module seemed to be broken. This is caused by hardware or software defect. Could you try to operate it in the ISP mode? You can enter the mode with giving LOW signal to the ISP(-) pin over 3 seconds. After entering the ISP mode, try to hit the [Factory Reset] button in ezConfig. If you fail to implement entering the mode, the module might need to be replaced.
