Hello. When using [TELNET COM Port Control option(RFC 2217)], both CSE-H20 and ezVSP have to be configured to use the option. Please check if CSE-H20 is using the option. So that figure the reason of your problem out, we need some information. It will be great if you give us more information like the below. 1. System diagram 2.
