Hello. This is a technical support team of Sollae Systems. I'sm sorry for late reply. We were in a traditional Korean holiday. I think you set ezTCP firewall fuction. In that case, ISP mode can revoke security options. To enter the ISP mode, press the ISP button (left side of CSE-H53) over 1 second. And you can set again after click [Factory reset] on ezManager. But if that way doesn'st solve the problem, you can set it through serial. It is called Serial Configuration Mode that is a mode for setting environmental parameters through RS232. So CSE-H53 has to be linked to PC with serial cable. To enter the Serial Configuration Mode, press the ISP button less than 0.5 second. Then, all LEDs are blinking. And use [Read] button on the [Serial] tab of ezManager. Have a nice day. Thank you. > T Baeckelmans wrote: > ------------------------------------ > Hi, > > When I start using the CSE-H53 I was able to read the standard IP address (10.1.0.1) with the ezManager and I could use the ezVSP3 to create a virtual com port. > > When I wanted to put the CSE-H53 in my network I was not able to do the above actions anymore.
