Hello. This is a technical support team of Sollae Systems. There is the only way to reset. To reset CIE-M10, It has to use [Factory reset] button on ezManager. But only envirenment variable can be changed, not the firmware and HTML source. If you'sd like to change firmware and HTML source, please download that in ISP mode. Have a nice day.
