In "Search ezTCP" area of ezManager, go to "MAC" tab, click "Search All" button. You will see MAC and IP address of all ezTCP products which connected to the same LAN network on the "Search Results" area. Check MAC address of your CIE-H14 to find the respective IP address. You can also check IP address and other parameters if you PC is connected to CIE-H14 via Serial line. In this case, change operation mode of CIE-H14 to Serial configuration mode (Refer to page 26 of User Mannual). Open eManager, in "Search ezTCP" area of ezManager, go to "Serial" tab, choose the right COM port, click "open" and "read" button sequentially.
