I am afraid but the CIE-M10'ss official firmware(version 1.4B) has a bug about DDNS function. When the CIE-M10 get private IP address from the NAT, it should update the NAT'ss public routable IP address. But the firmware version 1.4B updates the received IP address to the DDNS server. We have modified the firmware, but it isn'st officially released yet. We will send the firmware. Please let me know the result after testing the new firmware. The new firmware may not work for 1/2 lease time from the router(DHCP server) if the router restarted. Because it doesn'st send DHCP request packet until 1/2 lease time is expired. I have some questions. 1. Is the IP address from the router private IP? 2. You said that "If I refresh the current IP address it's'ss OK". What do you mean the "refresh"?
