Dear Alex Veldman,

I don’t know if you know how to search and configure the CSE-H55.
So I explain how to do it.

The ezManager provides two ways for searching products.
One is search with MAC address and the other is search with IP address.
You can do the first way in the [MAC] tab and the second way in the [IP] tab.

You can search all our products with [Search All] button.
Or you can read a product with [Read] button in the [MAC] tab after inputting the product’s MAC address in the [MAC Address] field.
Please refer to the following image.


Here is the search with IP address.
After inputting the IP address and press the [Read] button in the [IP] tab.


If you failed to search the CSE-H55 with the ezManager please check the TXD LED(green) as soon as you press the [Search All] button.
It should blink as soon as you press the button.
If it blinks, it response to the [Search All] message and there are something problem on your PC software for example firewall or anti-virus software.
Try it again with another PC in this case.
