Dear Madams and Sirs, we have a strange behavior at one of our customers using ezVSP and CSE-H25. As you can see in the attached picture there are no COM-port-settings for COM6. The device works but sometimes our software has an error. We checked everything. The only thing strange we found is the strange configuration in ezVSP. What can be the reason for that? What can we do? Is it possible that this is the cause for our problem? I mean that the converter sometimes behaves strange because some wrong firmware or setting? Our field staff will check the settings and put the newest firmware to the converter. I hope it will be o.k. then. But do you have any suggestion? Thank you. Andreas Kubb
