Hello. This is technical support team. COM6 port in the figure seems not ready to communicate. When a COM port is opened, the [Virtual Port Setup] shows settings of serial port parameters just like the COM5, 7 and 8 in the figure. It means that the COM6 is not opened by your application. Can you try to open that port with another program such as hyper terminal?
