I misunderstood your second question.

As I mentioned in the previous answer, Serial Rx buffer size of CSE-M53N is 2048byte.

The RTS Signal is Active(="0") until the buffer is filled 3/4 of 2048byte.

In other words, when buffer remains below 512byte, RTS signal is inactive(="1")
