Hi. 1. We cannot found any data loss from a remote server in our lab. Can you explain your test environment in detail? Or could you test it with our "Simple Test" program on ezManager? 2. Our module sends a keep-alive packet with 10 seconds interval when there are no data communication in both serial and Ethernet sides. CSE-M53N sends the packet 5 times while the remote host is not responding it. After 10 seconds from the point of time that the last packet has been sent, it disconnects current TCP session and turns the TCP led off. (This takes about 50~60 seconds as you know) The interval of sending keep-alive packet could only be configured in the latest firmware version 1.1A. ENV tuning program is also required to do that. (F.Y.I. the minimum value of the interval is 1 second.) If you want to get the program just tell us. Then, we will make the English version and send you the program.
