Hello. This is technical support team at Sollae Systems. Have you been using the device for certain periods? or are you trying to set up the device for the first time now? First, the green LED in the RJ45 connector of EZI-10 should be turned on or blink. When the LED is off then there is a problem to connect EZI-10 to your network. The EZI-10 is a 10 Base-T network device. So, your network devices can handle 10 Base-T network devices. Second, "Search All" button can find EZI-10 in the same network. So, please place EZI-10 at the same HUB with your PC or directly connect it. Third, "Communication Mode" option at ezConfigIO should be "HTTP". Otherwise you cannot connect to EZI-10 with browsers.
