Hello. This is a technical team of Sollae Systems. Did you check "caution" at FAQ NO:451? As it mentioned, the firewalls might block packets. If 25 port is opened well, problem may be this below. Email notify function uses SMTP(25) without authentication. But some servers do not accept it. So If you use software ModMap or Remio lite, I recommend you use "Notifiy Input or Output port change(Email)" function at that programs. that use a authentication protocol for sending Email. Here is a manual of ModMap.
