Dear Sir or Madame, I bought a CIE-M10 Gateway and updated the firmware. Everything is working to our pleasure. I have set up the CIE-M10 Gateway to ATC-Mode, after booting I can send ATC commands over hterm. I read the AT Command document which states that there are a Basic Command set and I tried them all. Only the command to switch in online mode is not working I tried: ATO; AT O; AT+O Also I couldn't switch to ATC mode from online mode. It is important for us to check the status of the gateway from the serial interface. Why is it not possible for me to switch between these modes? Thankfully Yours, Thomas Wirths
