Dear Fábio Oliveira, Thank you for using our products. We are sorry for late reply. Currently, CIE-H10 only support initializing output port state when the device is restarted, it does not support initializing output port state when the connection is closed. We will discuss to add this feature and inform you after discussion. Thank you for your feedback. Your feedback is important for us to improve our services and quality. I can put all outputs off when I normally disconnect from the module ( I checked the box "Initialize the output port state" in the ez TCP manager). > > So, is there a way to make all the outputs off if the connection is abnormally lost? > > Thank you very much. |
