Could you please let us know the following information: - Firmware version of EZL-200F (use ezConfig software to know the firmware version) - Version of ezVSP. - Configuration of ezVSP (on ezVSP, go to "File" -> "Backup Virtual Com Port Setting" -> save file and send us) - Screenshot of ezVSP. - Configuration of EZL-200F (on ezConfig, connect to EZL-200F, click "Export Variables" -> save file and send us) (see the attached image ezConfig.ipg) - Use a telnet software to telnet to EZL-200F. Type "st net" command and send us sceenshot of status.
