Hello again, In the attachment you find the 2 configuration exports. When i look in the state in EZ manager, normally the state is "connection established" When my BACnet device is offline in the controller, the state is "connection lost" (or something). a few minutes later the connection is back. and the communication is back. > Sollae Systems wrote: > ------------------------------------ > Hello Ferry, > > Thank you for using our products. > > In order to find out the reason, we would like to ask some additional information. > > 1. Could you please describe more detail about your network topology (for example, PC <-> internet <-> CSE-H55N2 <-> BACnet MS/TP device ....)? > 2. Could you please tell us how you detect that connection is lost ? > 3. Could you please send us the configuration files of both CSE-H55N2 device (on ezManager software, go to "Advanced Menu" -> Export Variables -> save file and send us) > > Thank you, > > Best regards, > > > > Ferry wrote: > > ------------------------------------ > > Hi, > > > > On a site i have 1 BACnet MS/TP device, running over a server-client configuration with 2 CSE-H55N2's. > > > > ~ 4-6 times a day the conection between the two devices get lost. > > On the same plant i have the same configuration with MODbus RTU, works fine. > > > > The only different is the protocol and the baudrate. > > Modbus is running on 9600 with parity even, Bacnet is running on 19K2 without parity. > > > > Do i need to do a special setting in the H55N2's? |
