We just came back from a long public holiday, from Sep 30 to Oct 10, 2017.

Regarding your issue, since you can enter Soft AP mode, there is no problem with the hardware of CSW-M85.
The problem may be in the network setting. For further analysis, we would like to ask the following questions:

Could you please describe your scenario for using CSW-M85?

And could you give us more detail about the status of LEDs on CSW-M85, which LEDs are on, which LEDs are blinking, and blinking every second or blinking four times at once (refer to page 12&13, CSW-M85 User Manual http://www.eztcp.com/documents/manual/cswm85en.pdf)?

Also, please send us the following information:
+ Configuration file of your CSW-M85 (connect CSW-M85 to ezManager, select "Advanced Menu" -> "Exports Variable").
+ Screenshot of your Access Point setting.
