Hello, Andrejus Firstly, please try using RS232 cable directly, and check if firmware upgrade operates without CSW-H85. Usually CSW-H85 is not for updating firmware. So I assume that if you try above, and don't work then it will be the same with CSW-H85. Thank you very much.
