Dear Support Im using CSC-H64 to connect to ION 7550 meter from schinder electric using Rs485 type. the issue that i cant connect using your gateway to the meter. but the client using gateway (from serial rs485 to Usb) and its working very-well. could you please help us on this issue? note that the protocol in (ION protocol) from schnider. |
