Thank you for your information.

Could you please let us know the return value of "at+pssl?" command, after when you active/deactivate SSL using AT command.
For example, you may try sending AT commands as below and let us know the return message after each command:

at+pssl=0[CR]

at+pssl? [CR]

at+pssl=1[CR]

at+pssl?[CR]

If it works normally, the response message should be like this:
at+pssl=0[CR]
OK

at+pssl?[CR]
0
OK

at+pssl=1[CR]
OK

at+pssl?[CR]
1
OK

The "at+pwp" command should be used if you want to write the setting to ezTCP device, so that the setting will be saved even if you reboot the product.
