Dear Garros, Thank you for choosing our products. We would like to make it clearer regarding your inquiry about CSW-M83. As you said, there is no problem with serial. Does that mean, in the case: Sender -(via TCP)-> CSW-M83 -(via Serial)-> Receiver, the data is always received correctly? Does the problem only happen in case: Sender -(via Serial)-> CSW-M83 -(via TCP)-> Receiver? It is also possible that the buffer of CSW-M83 is full and data are overridden. Due to the instability and noise in the WLAN connection, it may take long time for the device to send data successfully via TCP, so the device has to discard some data if the receiving buffer is overflown. However, for further analysis, we would like to ask for your help. After sending the test data, could you please connect CSW-M83 to ezManager (via network), click "Status" button, take a screenshot and send us? We would like to compare the number of received data and the number of data sent via TCP and Serial in CSW-M83. For more information about this, you can refer to page 54, ezManager Manual (Serial Status) https://www.eztcp.com/en/download/pds_files/an_ezmanager_en.pdf Thank you very much.
