Why do you need a virtual port when working with CIE-M10? Please make sure the serial/TCP parameters on CIE-M10, and ezVSP are set properly. If possible, could you please send us the serial/network setting of your CIE-M10, and the setting on ezVSP? You can take screenshots on ezManager and ezVSP windows, and send us via email support@eztcp.com.
