Dear Jack Konijn, Thank you for your interest in our products. Regarding your question, unfortunately, our devices supports standard UART encoding, not Differential Manchester encoding. So, it cannot work with your device. I hope the above is useful to you. Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information. Thank you, Best regards, > Jack Konijn wrote: > ------------------------------------ > Hello, I hope you can help me with the follow: I am a farmer from Holland. We want with two convertors CSE-H55N2 connect two feedig boxes together. I found out that the communication between the boxes is not Can-Bus but Differential Manchester encoding, ALCOM bus the call, also like RS485. This is what I found about that protocol: Capacity : 62.5 kBaud Signal Levels : Tx 5.0 V p-p .. Rx 0.3 V Max Bus length : 1000 metres Cable Type : 2 x 1.5 mm2, twisted pair. In this link there is a discussion with someone else who has the same connection: https://electronics.stackexchange.com/questions/476481/hardware-software-needed-to-decode-differential-manchester https://electronics.stackexchange.com/questions/476121/decoding-an-unknown-serial-bitstream-that-does-not-fit-8-n-1 Can we config the CSE-H55N2 so I can communicate between the feeding boxes with this protocol. It would be great to realize this! Thanks. With best Regards, Jack Konijn The Netherlands Mobille +31 651906422 |
