Dear Customer, Thank you for the inquiry. Based on the information you provided, we suspect that the biasing resistors may be missing from the TRX+ and TRX- lines of the RS485. Please check that the biasing resistors are present and properly connected. TRX+ need to be pull-up and TRX- needs to be pull-down.
