Hello, We are replacing EZL-70 A which failed with CSE-M73A.it is being used on rs232 serial port daughter board While using the ezManager application we were able to change the IP to 192.16.104.60. Shortly after we powered the system down and brought it back up, we could no longer connect to the CSE-M73A. We have the red power led on D5, and we get steady flashing amber(1 second interval) light and random green flashing on Rj45 port. I am not able to get a response when I ping ( firewall completely down), but when I use arp -a the ip address and correct mac address show up. How can I correct this issue or factory reset the card? Thank you
