Shortly after we powered the system down and brought it back up, we could no longer connect to the CSE-M73A. We have the red power led on D5, and we get steady flashing amber(1 second interval) light and random green flashing on Rj45 port. I am not able to get a response when I ping ( firewall completely down), but when I use arp -a the ip address and correct mac address show up. How can I correct this issue or factory reset the card?
