As you are mentioning about TCP Disconnection Timeout, you can set up the timeout for your device via ezConfig (note that the unit is in seconds). However, we are not sure which product model you are referring to, as ezConfig is just a configuration tool, and each product may have a different maximum timeout value. For example, EZL-70(A) has a maximum timeout of 600 seconds.
