No. 1913	Problems with malfunctioning CIE-H10	2023-10-18

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like some help with the CIE-H10. Our client uses it to automatically lower 2 screens that are placed within the ceiling. We manage to lower the screens manually. The mechanics are working. Could you help me with instructions of why the CIE-H10 might be reconfigured. Can we do a factory reset and reinstall? Any advise? Best regards Ameet Roman
