Does the application that employs a CIE-H10 stop working?
Could you please give us more description about the application?
Which equipment/software apps are connecting to CIE-H10, as well as how many I/O ports of CIE-H10 are used in the projects?
How are the output ports of CIE-H10 being controlled?

To configure the CIE-H10, you may use ezManager software.

About how to do a factory reset, you may refer to page 25, CIE-H10 User Manual.

However, doing a factory reset may not help since the cause of this issue is still unclear.
In case the CIE-H10 is being controlled remotely by software, you may also need to check if the software and network configurations are working.
Please make sure all the cables/hardware equipment/power supply in the application are working and properly plugged.
