Dear Ricco, Thank you for reaching out to us. We think our products can help solve your issue. It seems that you are looking for RS422 to Ethernet converters. Our Serial Ethernet Device Server products, such as CSE-H55N2 and CSC-H64, can be used in your application. You can read more about Serial Ethernet Device Server here: https://www.eztcp.com/en/products/serial-to-ethernet Since your inquiry mentions both Wi-Fi and Ethernet, we are not entirely sure about your specific requirements. If you need RS422 to Wi-Fi converters, you might consider our Serial WLAN Device Servers, such as CSW-H85N or CSC-H64: https://www.eztcp.com/en/products/serial-to-wlan The above products should work in your case, except if in your application, you are using protocols that have specific timing requirements, e.g. Modbus RTU. For optimal Modbus protocol compatibility, you may want to consider our Modbus Gateway products: https://www.eztcp.com/en/products/modbus-gateway We hope the above is useful to you. If you could provide more details about your network setup and any specific protocols you are using, we may be able to recommend the most suitable solution for your needs. *Holiday Notice: Please be informed that we will be off from work in the coming Lunar new year holidays, from Jan 27 to Jan 30, 2025. We will take care of everything as soon as we are at work. Thank you very much. Attached there are two screenshots, one how it is today and one how we would like to have it. We want to remove the old modules, put a RS422<>Ethernet Converter in between and than our standard Siemens Wifi System RCoax. On the moving cranes we would do the same, a TCP client and after that the Ethernet<>RS422 Converter and than back to the PLC which has a RS422 comunicaiton module. Is it possible to solve this issue with your devices? With the infos i read on your website i think so yes but i want to doublecheck with you to make sure i have nothing overseen. We have so to say one WCS System running on a PC called Logics and this PC Software is communicating with 3 stacker cranes in the warehouse and exchanging data. If you need more infos please reach back to me. Kind regards Ricco |
