The EZL-200F is a serial to TCP/IP converter. The TCP guranttees data delivery but does NOT guranttee delivery time. So EZL-200F doesn't guaranttee the delivery time. Generally EZL-200F sends data from the serial port to the ethernet(LAN) port every 20ms. So the delivery time would be less than 50ms in the Local Area Network(LAN). > Magnus wrote: > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > Hi, > do You have an estimation of the introduced time lag for sending and receiving data using the vitual serial port(RS232) of ezl 200F? > Kind Regards > Magnus |
