When EZL-200F sends serial data on RS485 BUS, it doesn't check if RS485 BUS is using. Of course When EZL-200F doesn't send serial data on RS485 BUS, it doesn't hold RS485 BUS. It means if EZL-200F receives data from TCP/IP while some RS485 device sends serial data on RS485 BUS, you may have collision on the RS485 BUS. by the way, is EZL-200F master or slave on your RS485 network? Those devices must communicate to a computer. The only line between the devices and the computer is a LAN, so i've thinking to use the EZL-200F. I'm doing this test on my lab and i'm seeing sometimes that we have collision on the 485 BUS (when the device answer collisions with a request from the computer). How could i fix this collision problem? |
