Do you have EZL-80 or EZL-80c? EZL-80c has a CF connector for wireless LAN card. But don't worry about it, Those behavior is same. (I will call it EZL-80 from now on.) You should use RXD0 and TXD0 for serial communication. EZL-80 outputs to TXD0 following message if it boots up without wireless LAN card. 700 EZL-80/AVR64 SCFG v1.0 Sollae Systems So please check with hypherterminal that is PC application. (The serial setting values are 115200bps, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity, no flowcontrol) If there is no message from TXD0. 1. check TXD0 of EZL-80 with an oscilloscope when EZL-80 boots up. 2. check RS232 driver's output to PC with an oscilloscope when EZL-80 boots up. 3. check #2 pin of PC COM port that you connect with an oscilloscope when EZL-80 boots up. > Brad Benjamin wrote: > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > We connected the EZL-80 to our PC using a serial cable.
