Hello, I’m sorry for your problem going through. There could be some reasons of refusing connection in T2S mode. First, you would rather test with our socket communication program, ezTerm. This program will let you make TCP connections as server or client easily. Please just make sure the parameters like TCP Client, IP address and Port number. Secondly, if another device is already connected with EZL-400S, any other devices or program can’t make connection to the port. It means that only one connection can be established at a time in each port. You can check this by telnet login. The “st net” command will show you the status of EZL-400S. If state of the port that is you tried to be connected with is ESTABLISHED, another device or program is being connected with the port. In this case, please check the other devices or programs operated as TCP client. When you can’t solve the problem with above steps, please contact us again. And it will be helpful to describe your system and parameters being used.
