Hello, Before I talk about the problem with EZL-70, I’d like to say sorry for my mistake on the previous answer. The point is that the CSE-M73 let you send the DNS query in ATC mode. I’ve modified the answer, so please check it again. I think the network connection has no problem because ethereal have captured the packet transmitted between EZL-70 and the server. Can you send the file from the ethereal when the connection is failed please? Our technical support team’s e-mail address is support@eztcp.com If you do that, it may help us to find out the reason. And let us know about the version of Firmware. For your information, the latest released version is 1.2A There is another question. Did you mean that the same access is possible when the mode is COD?
