Hi As far as I understand, your circumstance likes the below figure. 1. Communication is failed with a virtual serial port. 2. Communication is succeeded without a virtual serial port In the above case, you should check if the data from the PC to the EZL-70 on each case are the same because you used different source program in both environments. Please compare the “data 1” in case 1 and “data A” in case 2. It will be greatly helpful for supporting and solving your problem that you capture and send the packet to us with Wireshark which is a network packet analyzing program.
