Hello. If you use [Serial Modbus/TCP] communication mode, CIE-H10 can make a Modbus/TCP protocol. Modbus/TCP protocol will be sent to RS232 device through the RS232 serial port. CIE-H10 makes only Modbus/TCP protocol. So it can't make an RS232C frame like this "<1234567890exemple of message>" that you told me. If you know more information about Modbus/TCP, you can refer to below Modbus/TCP manual.
