Hi. Are you using Windows 7 64 bit? If so, the problem is caused by driver signature. In case of 64 bit O/S of Windows Vista and 7, you should disable driver signature enforcement when you boot up your PC. Description about this is on page 4 of the ezVSP manual. Please refer to the document.
