Hello again. To send the data(Modbus/TCP), you should develop the software to control the CIE-H12. We provide sample sources of Modbus/TCP protocol at homepage. And also you can use the Modmap as you know. If you want test with ezManager, [Simple test] program is possible. Please see the attachment. You are able to test like that. Thank you. (Pulse fucntion of HTML is not supported yet. sorry) > geve wrote: > ------------------------------------ > Thanks for your reply. > It is verry helpfull that I now know the ports used by ModBus. I will test it end of the week. > > You example for a 1 second pulse matches my code. What I don not know yet is where to put the code to conduct the CIE H12 by internet (is not a code to put in HTML or in EZmanager). How can I send the code to the CIE H12 or whitch program can I use to send the code ? > > Thanks for your help and time > > Regards, Gerrit > > > Sollae Systems wrote: > > ------------------------------------ > > Hello. > > > > This is a technical support team of Sollae Systems. > > > > First of all, port will be forwared to use the Internet. > > > > If you didn't change the defalt port numbers, > > please confirm it below to forward. > > > > 1. When entering the IP & port number from the CIE H12 in internet (by internet browser I can see and switch the output)the CIE H12 can not be found. In the routers (my LAN and the client LAN the CIE H12 port is forwarded (checked with a browser and a port check) > > > Is there a extra port that needs to be forwarded to use Modmap ? > > > > > > I have read the Modbus TCP document but someware miss the way to send this code to the CIE H12. (do I need to make a magic package to send to the CIE H12 in the internet like I use to wake PC's on LAN, and where can I find information to make and send this package ?) If this is not the right way, where can I find the information to use Modbus/TCP to send a pulse to the CIE H12 ? > > > > > > Stan, are you willing to share your JAVA code ? > > > > > > Thank you for your attention and tips, regards, Gerrit |
