Hello. I am Lisa in charge of technical support. I am really sorry for your inconvenience. In fact, we are developing a new product(Model Name: CSE-H55N) which includes the RTN port. The main functions of the CSE-H55N are same to the CSE-H55’s functions. FYI, the new product(CSE-H55N) has more functions. We expect it will be released until November. When we are ready, we are going to send you a CSE-H55N. If you really need to use the CSE-H55 now, you can use the GND signal of the power adapter for the RS485’s RTN. Because the GND and RTN are same. Have a nice day. Thank you. > Alex Veldman wrote: > ------------------------------------ > Hello, > > I have bought a CSE-H55 to connect a RS485 to Ethernet. > The connection from the CSE-H55 to Ethernet to my PC is work fine. > > I have a Power One Aurora Uno solar string inverter (PVI-4.2) This system can communicate with a PC on RS485.
