I don't understand your problem exactly. But I think that you might want to access in order to configure the CIE-M10 from the other network with DNS/DDNS service. When the CIE-M10 IP address is dynamic you should use DDNS service in this case. You can access the CIE-M10 in the IP tab by inputting the hostname(or IP address) of the CIE-M10 and port number UDP 50005 by the ezManager.
