No. 725 Re: CIE M10. No repone from ezTCP 2013-02-15

Hello.

This is a technical support team of Sollae systems.

To do a factory reset, you should search CIE-M10 on ezManager first.

Please connect CIE-M10 to PC on the same network or direct. (not different network)

Then you can find it on MAC search tap of ezManager.

If your CIE-M10 is on the Internet(not LAN), you can find it at IP search tap not a MAC search tap. (Then, UDP 50005 port should be opened)

Please refer to the manual of ezManager. (page 7, 8)

In short,
on the same network(LAN) you can find CIE-M10 at MAC tap of Search panel.(Broadcast)
and on the Internet, you can find it at IP tap using IP address(192.168.1.20).

If you failed, the firewall might be a problem.
